Privacy Policy – Ludaronky Captures

Last updated: March 2025

This privacy policy explains how Ludaronky Captures (“I”, “me”, “my”, or “the studio”) collects, uses, and protects any information you share when you visit this website or get in touch about a project. I believe in keeping things straightforward — the same way I approach a shoot.

If you have questions after reading this, write to me at [email protected]. I’ll get back to you personally.

What information I collect

This site is intentionally simple. I don’t run complicated tracking systems, and I don’t collect information just because I can. Here’s what I do gather, and when:

  • Contact form submissions. If you reach out through the contact form or directly by email, I receive your name, email address, and whatever details you choose to share about your property or project. I use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss working together.
  • Basic site analytics. Like most small studios, I use a lightweight analytics tool to understand how people find and use this site — things like which pages are visited, approximate location (at city level), and browser type. This information is aggregated and anonymous. I don’t track individual visitors across the web.
  • Client correspondence. If we work together, I’ll keep emails, messages, and project details on file. This helps me maintain continuity across shoots and refer back to your preferences — nothing more.

What I don’t collect

I don’t collect sensitive personal data, payment information through this website, or anything unrelated to photography inquiries. I also don’t use cookies that track you across other sites or build advertising profiles. That’s not how I operate.

How I use your information

Every piece of information I have exists to support the work I do with clients. Specifically:

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss your photography needs
  • To prepare for a shoot — understanding your space, your goals, and any staging questions you have
  • To share final images, invoices, and project-related communication
  • To follow up after a project is complete, if that feels natural and welcome

I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. I don’t use it for automated marketing. If I ever send a studio update or seasonal note, it will be because we’ve worked together and I thought you might genuinely be interested — and you can ask me to stop at any time.

Who I share information with

I work independently, which means your information stays within the studio. Exceptions are rare but practical:

  • Service providers: I use trusted platforms for email, file delivery, and website hosting. These providers have their own privacy and security practices, and I’ve chosen ones that align with how I want client data treated.
  • Legal requirements: If required by Indian law or a valid legal process, I may need to share information. I’ll always evaluate such requests carefully.

Images and property information

This is important because photography is what I do. When I photograph your property, the images become part of my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. I’m mindful about what I share publicly — I never publish floor plans, exact addresses, or identifying details without permission. If you’re a homeowner or agent with specific privacy needs, tell me before the shoot and I’ll work with you.

If an image of your space appears in my portfolio and you’d prefer it removed later, let me know. I’ll handle it respectfully.

How long I keep information

I keep project correspondence and images for as long as they’re relevant to the work — typically several years, in case you return with a new listing or want to revisit a past shoot. If you’d like me to delete your emails or information, ask. I’ll confirm once it’s done.

Data security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information I hold — secure passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and careful choice of platforms. That said, no method of electronic storage is perfectly safe. I do my part; if something ever goes wrong on my end, I’ll tell you directly.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information I hold about you
  • Request corrections if something is inaccurate
  • Ask me to delete your information, within reasonable bounds
  • Withdraw consent for me to contact you going forward

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. I don’t have a formal department — just me, reading your message and responding within a few days.

Links to other sites

Occasionally, I link to articles, resources, or platforms I trust. I can’t control what happens when you leave this site, so please check the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes in how I handle information, I’ll update this page and note the date at the top. If the change is significant, I’ll mention it to active clients. This policy has been in place in some form since the studio began; I’m just writing it down properly now.
